About

Plain math for PCSO lottery games

PH Lotto Odds is an independent website made by a mathematics teacher living in Metro Manila. It explains, with real numbers, how the lottery games of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) actually work.

Many websites sell “winning combinations”, “hot numbers” or prediction systems. They do not work. Every PCSO draw is independent of the previous ones, so every combination has exactly the same chance in every draw. This site shows why, using the official results of the past ten years.

What you will find here

• The exact odds for every PCSO game, from 2D EZ2 to Ultra Lotto 6/58.
• An expected value calculator that shows how much of a ticket's price comes back to players on average.
• Frequency charts and simple statistical tests on the official results since October 2016.
• The latest results of every game, updated automatically after each draw, and a searchable archive since 2016.

What you will never find here

• Predictions, “lucky numbers” or paid tips.
• Ticket sales or betting of any kind.

Where the data comes from

The archive since 2016 comes from the official PCSO website. New results are collected automatically several times a day from the results published by GMA News Online, and checked for obvious errors before they appear here. A mistake is still possible: always check pcso.gov.ph before claiming a prize.

Independence

This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the PCSO or any lottery operator. It may show advertising to cover its costs.

Play responsibly

The lottery is entertainment, not a way to earn money. On average, players get back less than they spend. Never play with money you need for rent, food, health or school.
